You agree that any claims arising from the Terms shall be commenced within 1 (one) year of the cause of action arising and that no class action claims shall be brought under any circumstances whatsoever.

12. Entire Terms and Non-Assignment

The Terms contain the entire agreement between you and the ZACR pertaining to the use of this website and supersedes any prior agreement. These Terms are also not assignable, transferable or capable of being subcontracted without the prior written consent of the ZACR and any such conduct in violation of these Terms shall be void.
